So...the clip I posted last week was actually an excerpt from a longer piece I've been working on called 'Car Stories.' Since I so enjoyed getting the feedback from that clip, I thought I'd post the full story, and open it up to the group.
Basically, I've always wondered about the power of car stories, and felt like there was something special about things I'd heard on road trips from my friends. This project was an investigation into that phenomenon.
I guess it's also an invitation for all of you to swap your favorite car stories. I think the theme can be broadly interpreted to include stories told about, around, or to a car. Oh, and also, the 'Cinema Paradiso' clip is the first one so...you can just skip over that if you don't want to listen again. I won't be mad.
